For self-funded clients, each session costs £120 per 50-minute session.

For insurance funded clients, each session costs £200 per 50-minute session.

The course is £900 which is inclusive of the 6 workbooks and 6 weekly sessions.

I offer both face-to-face and online sessions to give you the flexibility to access support in a way that works best for you.

I offer sessions online via Google Meet or face to face in a clinic space in Battersea.
