Hi, I’m Laura, a therapist who works with people who’ve learned to cope by pushing themselves, over thinking or trying to stay in control.

You might be very self-critical.

You might feel overwhelmed by anxiety or internal pressure.

In therapy, we focus on building emotional tolerance, managing your inner critic and helping you develop a more compassionate, realistic relationship with yourself.
