THERAPY THAT FITS YOU

Hi, I’m Laura a BABCP registered cognitive behavioural therapist. I have extensive experience working with individuals to overcome a wide range of mental health difficulties.

I'm a therapist who specialises in working with people with ADHD and/or Autism. Using a neurodiversity-affirming approach, I can help with challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, overwhelm, and building routines that work for your unique brain. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or exploring your identity, therapy can support you in understanding yourself and finding practical ways to thrive.

Testimonials

“It’s been useful to have a safe space to say things that I’ve maybe been too embarrassed to talk about elsewhere. To be honest, I was a bit sceptical when starting CBT so my expectations were low but I can honestly say they surpassed them all."

“I found the therapy really helpful. Laura’s approach is reassuring and validating. I felt very well supported and her recall of pertinent points from what we have previously discussed was excellent."
